RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Posh Putters products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Golf balls may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Used or visibly worn golf balls cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

• Limited-edition, seasonal, or customized products are final sale unless damaged upon arrival.
• Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly issue a replacement or store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different quantity or item, please submit a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• During peak seasons or special launches, processing may extend by 1–2 days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

Typical delivery estimates:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package from our door to yours.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States.
• International shipping options may be added in the future—stay tuned.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
• Posh Putters is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
• Contact the carrier first to verify delivery details.
• If the issue persists, email us at hello@poshputters.com and we will assist with next steps.
We cannot replace items marked as delivered, but we will help you navigate available options.

Damaged Shipments

If your golf balls arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple products may ship separately depending on stock levels and fulfillment locations.
