Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• During peak seasons or special launches, processing may extend by 1–2 days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
Typical delivery estimates:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package from our door to yours.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
• Posh Putters is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
• Contact the carrier first to verify delivery details.
• If the issue persists, email us at hello@poshputters.com and we will assist with next steps.
We cannot replace items marked as delivered, but we will help you navigate available options.
Damaged Shipments
If your pin arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or store credit when applicable.
