Eligibility for Returns

• Golf towels may be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Towels must be returned in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
• Limited-edition or seasonal drops are final sale
• Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales are not eligible for return
• Used, washed, or visibly worn towels cannot be returned or exchanged

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will gladly issue a replacement or store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please submit a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• During peak seasons or special launches, processing may extend by 1–2 days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

Typical delivery estimates:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package from our door to yours.

• We currently ship within the United States.
• International shipping options may be added in the future—stay tuned.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
• Posh Putters is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
• Contact the carrier first to verify delivery details.
• If the issue persists, email us at hello@poshputters.com and we will assist with next steps.
We cannot replace items marked as delivered, but we will help you navigate available options.

Damaged Shipments

If your golf towel arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Orders containing multiple products may ship separately depending on stock levels and fulfillment locations.
