Posh Putters is seeking exceptional Golf Instructors who bring warmth, professionalism, and a refined teaching presence to our group clinics and experiences. This role is not simply about instruction—it’s about creating an atmosphere where women feel seen, supported, and inspired.
You’ll guide participants through thoughtfully structured sessions while embodying the elevated, lifestyle‑driven spirit that defines Posh Putters.
Who You Are
Refined Teacher: You excel at breaking down golf fundamentals with clarity, confidence, and approachability. Note: PGA, LPGA, or a recognized teaching certification is preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
Available & Reliable : You agree to a minimum of 2 scheduled events—primarily on weekends—and commit to showing up consistently.
Polished & Professional: You arrive prepared, punctual, and aligned with the elevated brand standards of Posh Putters.
Adaptable: You seamlessly tailor instruction to mixed‑level groups, ensuring every participant feels supported.
Community‑Oriented: You value connection and contribute to creating an environment where women feel comfortable, capable, and genuinely excited to learn.

Contractor Requirements: Must be able to provide a completed W‑9 for payment.
What You’ll Do
Facilitate engaging, structured group clinics for women at all levels.
Deliver fundamentals across full swing, short game, and on‑course play.
Modify drills and coaching styles to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Work alongside Posh Putters leadership and chapter teams during events.

The Appointment Process
Hole 1— The Application: Submit a fully completed application for review.
Hole 2 — The Craft Call: 20‑minute introductory conversation with our recruitment partner, The Risen Phoenix Group.
Hole 3 — The Core Call: 30‑minute deep dive with the Posh Putters Founder to assess technical fit and brand alignment.
Hole 4 — The Culture Chat: 15‑minute, candid conversation with local Chapter Presidents to ensure cultural fit.
