About The Role As the Chapter Vice President, you will serve as the operational backbone and strategic right hand of your Chapter President—ensuring the chapter runs with precision, purpose, and the premium standard Posh Putters is known for.
This role is more than support—it is influence. You will play a pivotal role in shaping chapter culture, sustaining membership growth, and ensuring every experience we deliver reflects the elevated standard our members deserve.

What You'll Do
Support Chapter Leadership: Partner closely with the Chapter President to execute the chapter's strategic vision and ensure operational continuity.
Drive Membership Engagement: Own the member experience pipeline—onboarding, retention, and community-building touchpoints that keep members connected and coming back.
Assist in Partnership Development: Support the cultivation of golf facility and local brand partnerships, serving as a key relationship liaison.
Co-Curate Elevated Experiences: Play an active role in planning and executing quarterly experiences, clinics, mixers, and executive tee times that meet our signature standard.
Maintain Operational Excellence: Assist in record-keeping, budget tracking, and producing accurate quarterly performance reports.
Amplify Local Presence: Contribute to digital storytelling across social channels and monthly newsletters in alignment with national brand standards.
Step Up When It Counts: Assume chapter leadership responsibilities in the President's absence, ensuring no momentum is lost.
