About The Role
As the Chapter President, you will serve as the face and steward of our inaugural chapter in one of the following markets:
Chicago
Detroit
Philadelphia
New York
The Carolinas (Charlotte, Rocky Mount)
Los Angeles
This role is more than leadership—it is legacy. You will champion a movement that expands access and elevates the presence of professional women across industries and skill levels.
Who You Are
Connector: A relationship driven leader who naturally brings women together.
Steward: Detail oriented, financially disciplined, and committed to delivering a premium, "white glove" member experience.
Brand Ambassador: You embody our ethos—Fun, Favored, Fierce—and represent the Posh Putters standard with excellence.
Leader With Capacity: Able to dedicate 20–24 hours per month to purposeful, community centered leadership.
What You’ll Do
Lead With Distinction: Build and guide an Executive Cabinet that drives chapter culture, growth, and operational excellence.
Grow Membership: Cultivate a strong network and welcome 2–3 new members each month.
Expand Access: Secure premium golf facility partnerships and establish one new local brand partnership monthly.
Curate Elevated Experiences: Host one signature annual event and 3–4 quarterly experiences, including clinics (avg. 40 attendees), mixers, and executive tee times.
Operate With Precision: Maintain accurate records and produce quarterly performance reports.
Strengthen Local Presence: Oversee digital storytelling through social channels and monthly newsletters.
Uphold Standards: Manage the chapter budget and ensure all events meet national brand and safety guidelines.

Hole 1— The Application: Submit a fully completed application for review.
Hole 2 — The Craft Call: 20‑minute introductory conversation with our recruitment partner, The Risen Phoenix Group.
Hole 3 — The Core Call: 30‑minute deep dive with the Posh Putters Founder to assess technical fit and brand alignment.
Hole 4 — The Culture Chat: 15‑minute, candid sister-to-sister conversation with current Presidents.
