About the Role
The Chapter President is the primary leader and brand representative for Posh Putters within their local market. This role oversees monthly programming, supports instructors and volunteers, and ensures that each event aligns with the Posh Putters brand, values, and guest experience standards.
Chapter Presidents work closely with Posh Putters leadership to execute a consistent vision while tailoring experiences to their local community. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends event coordination, community engagement, and brand stewardship.
Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee monthly golf clinics and chapter events
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the local chapter
* Coordinate with instructors, facilities, and vendors for scheduled events
* Support event-day operations including setup, check-in, and flow
* Assist with community engagement and local partnerships
* Uphold and represent the Posh Putters brand, values, and experience standards
* Communicate regularly with Posh Putters leadership and submit required updates
* Help foster a welcoming, inclusive, and elevated community environment
Requirements
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Interest in golf, community-building, or lifestyle-based programming (playing experience not required)
Ability to commit to a one-year volunteer term
Availability to support monthly events (primarily weekends)
Comfortable coordinating logistics and working with multiple stakeholders
Professional, reliable, and aligned with the Posh Putters brand
Ability to follow established systems, guidelines, and brand standards
